Snowpocalypse Now...

I'm a huge fan of the Pacific Northwest. My friends fall asleep when you stick my buddy Eric and I in a room together because all we talk about is the amazing life we've had in Oregon. The coffee, the beer, the weather... um... okay, the weather.

The weather is awesome here except when it is not. And when it is not the entire state shuts down. And since there's not a drop of Midwest work ethic or Northeast cajones in these here parts, it gets kind of lame. You would think we're in the middle of a nuclear winter right now. The state of Oregon has an infrastructure to handle a 2-3 day snowstorm. After that, we're screwed. We are going on a week and people are starting to get antsy. Not to mention the 65,000 people who are without power right now. Yikes.
