Epiphanies. What can you say about them?
In my experience they are not supernatural. There's no angelic choir shining down from the heavens beaming a heavenly frequency of truth. I would kind of dig that actually, especially if I remembered to take pictures. Best blog post ever.
My epiphanies usually occur sitting in front of the computer voraciously clicking away at Stumble Upon. They come lighter than a pin drop. Touching ever so lightly on my waking self, they are clear and sensible and come with a coherent plan. That part I like a lot.
So. To the adventures of Il Apple Grande, I bid adieu. In the last 18 months I've learned that I'm not structured for the New York Actor lifestyle. Some of you may say that I haven't given New York enough time. Well that may be true. But I'm also a very quick study.
In a week I head to Chicago. I'll spend a few days there hanging out with some people I haven't seen in a very long time, a cat, and bitter, bitter cold. A Subaru Outback Sport will hopefully come and pick me up and thus will begin a life of vagabonding around the country for a bit. Then maybe back to Chicago for a spell, Milwaukee, LA, Oregon, where ever I want to go really.
What I'm most excited about this whole thing is the fact that I made a big fat choice. I've completely taken life into my own hands. I haven't been doing that lately, and I'm starting to forget how.
More posts to come soon. Obviously.
if i've never said this to you before, please forgive my tardiness: you are an exceptionally brave individual.
