The 2008 season at a little theatre in Southern Utah previews Cyrano de Bergerac tonight. I'm proud to say that it's going to be a strong season from what I've seen and heard. At least that's my hope. Click on the picture and it will take you to the Festival's website where you can see all the shows in their posed glory. I'm particularly excited for Taming of the Shrew. Not only because I'm in it, but it's one of the first Shakespeare plays to be produced where the design is specifically set in the 20th Century. While this is not especially provocative for most people, here in the Red Desert it's a strong point of contention. Go figure.
