Excepting a few things in my bedroom, this is the sum of my material life two days before leaving school. I was hoping that there would be less. Of course, there never is.
Mormon Country lingers in the distance. Tomorrow I finish up with fight certifications (Single Sword, Quarterstaff), a reading of Richard II, pack everything up into the '83 Ford Ranger, pray to the gods of safe travel, and drink whiskey. I hope to hit Hays, Kansas by Thursday, Larkspur, Colorado by Friday (to see my niece in a production of Peter Pan!), and Cedar City, Utah by Saturday.
Let the transition begin!
