Venturing out to West Champaign, I realized that the Jerry's IGA (oh how I miss Roth's IGA!) was in my vicinity. Seizing the opportunity, I did a little grocery shopping and stumbled upon my favorite cheese: Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar. The "Snack Bar" rang in at $5.75. Worth the cost. I can't wait for Utah: the "Baby Loaf" will be 4 dollars more. I do miss the West Coast.

I can get the medium cheddar at whole foods in new york now. now if only i could get Mirror Pond out here, i'd never move back out west.
