Yes, it's kind of gross, yes, it feels like you're drowning, yes, it's not exactly the most appetizing thing to talk about, but the neti pot has worked wonders for my allergies and overall sinus health. That's right, I just refered to my sinus health. I was skeptical at first, but after a few days, I'm amazed at the difference. I now can wake up in the morning with a clear nose. Okay, I'm starting to make myself sick. I'll stop.
